FAQs
Are you dog friendly?
Yes, very much so.
Do you have parking?
In Snettisham, we do not have any parking of our own, but parking in the village square, by the village playing field and in the surrounding streets is available and free. Please be considerate of our neighbours, pedestrians and private spaces.
In Thornham, Drove Orchard offers lots of parking spaces, but the site does get very busy.
Do you cater to nut, gluten and dairy allergies?
Due to the size of our kitchen and prep space, we are unable to cater for any severe allergies, which may result in anaphylaxis.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Absolutely. We have a mobile ramp which we can provide upon request.
Do you offer vouchers?
Vouchers are available for collection in store or we can post them at additional £2 postage fee after receiving your bank transfer. If you’d like us to prepare a voucher for collection ahead of your visit, please let us know, but this can be done ad hoc when you visit the café! We can offer any monetary amount, but we kindly ask that you spend each individual voucher within one visit. Vouchers are valid for 6 months.
For postage of vouchers, we ask for a BACS transfer. Please email the appropriate shop with the amount and the address you would like to voucher posted to and we will forward our bank details over. Once the transfer has been received, the voucher will be posted via first class post.
Do you limit our time at the table?
At busy times, we try to turn tables to accommodate as many of our guests as we can. You will always be advised of the time we have to offer at a table and you can decide if that suits you!
Can we use the café as a workspace?
Of course, we welcome remote workers, however at busy times we can limit your time at the table to 75 minutes to accommodate other diners.
